Renexus Resource Group, a Karachi-based firm specializing in international business solutions, seeks a dynamic Global Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your Mission

As a Global Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development strategy. Your main responsibilities will be to identify and acquire new clients in international markets, cultivate essential client relationships, and directly contribute to our revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels in a competitive, high-energy environment and is driven to surpass sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively find, connect with, and close new clients in global markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Expertly handle all inbound inquiries and execute effective outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Strategic Selling: Articulate and negotiate our service offerings with key decision-makers.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise and current client and sales information in our CRM system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal teams to guarantee outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Share valuable market feedback to help refine and enhance our sales and service strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Professional Background: 6 months to 2 years of sales experience is preferred; prior international sales experience is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines is beneficial.
  • Personal Qualities: We're looking for an ambitious, target-focused, and collaborative team player.
  • Encouragement: Recent graduates, students, and female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: A competitive base salary of PKR 30,000 – 70,000 per month, coupled with uncapped commission potential.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, on-site position at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office, operating Monday through Saturday.
