International Sales Executive

Renexus Resource Group is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented International Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Karachi. This is a critical, full-time, on-site role where you will be instrumental in driving global business growth and building long-term client partnerships. We are looking for a professional ready to take ownership of the sales cycle and significantly impact the company’s trajectory.

The Opportunity: Your Contribution

As an International Sales Executive, you will manage the complete sales pipeline, directly influencing our revenue objectives. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Global Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and successfully convert new business opportunities across diverse international markets.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Expertly handle both outbound prospecting and all incoming sales inquiries with exceptional professionalism and efficiency.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closure: Confidently present our value proposition to key decision-makers and skillfully negotiate agreements to a successful close.
  • CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date client and sales activity records within the company's CRM system.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal departments to ensure a best-in-class client experience and provide market feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and ambitious individual with a proven commitment to achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of professional sales experience is required. Prior experience in international sales or exposure to global markets is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional fluency in both verbal and written English is essential for engaging with international clientele.
  • Sales Process Acumen: A solid, demonstrable understanding of the complete sales pipeline. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Performance Drive: A self-starter with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to function effectively as a dedicated team member.
