International Sales Executive

Job Title: International Sales Agent (Evening/Night Shift)

Location: Shahra - e - Faisal

No. of Positions: 20

Shift Timings: 12:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)

Salary: Base Pay: 80,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 90K - 100K)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective international clients.
• Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations about our IT services.
• Evaluate prospects against set criteria before passing leads along.
• Maintain a high volume of calls and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
• Accurately document calls, interactions, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance conversion rates and boost revenue.

Requirements:

• Fluent English with a neutral or near-native accent.
• At least six months’ experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work the night shift starting at midnight.
• Positive attitude, dedicated work ethic, and a team player mindset.
• Goal-oriented with a desire for growth and success in sales.
• Resilient in handling rejection and quick to think under pressure.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
