Renexus Resource Group is seeking a driven, ambitious International Sales Executive to join our fast-growing expansion team in Karachi. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a competitive environment and want to make a measurable impact on global revenue growth.
As part of our international sales division, you will play a strategic role in acquiring new clients, closing high-value deals, and sustaining strong business relationships across global markets.

What You Will Own

As an International Sales Executive, you’ll manage the complete sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor to global clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Global Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert new corporate clients across international regions, contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • Professional Communication: Oversee all outbound and inbound communication channels, ensuring timely, polished, and effective interaction with prospects.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Present service offerings to senior decision-makers, negotiate terms, and secure long-term, profitable contracts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and pipeline status to support data-driven forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights with internal teams and support continuous improvement of sales processes and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a proactive, competitive, and focused professional with a strong sales mindset.

  • Sales Experience: 6 months to 2 years of proven success in sales is required; international sales exposure is a plus.
  • Exceptional English: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for global client interaction.
  • Tech Awareness: Understanding of sales pipelines and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently while working well within a team.
