International Sales Executive (Night Shift On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with excellent English, strong communication skills, and proven experience in design sales, front sales, upselling, or US-based sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a neutral/US accent and confidence in dealing with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound/outbound leads for design, web, branding, and digital services
• Present services professionally and close deals with US clients
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
• Work closely with the design & project teams for smooth onboarding
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in design sales / front sales / upselling / US market sales
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Neutral or US-style accent preferred
• Night shift availability

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
