We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work during evening/night hours aligned with international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets
  • Communicate with prospective and existing international clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Present company products/services effectively and negotiate deals
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales, outbound sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in evening/night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Target-driven with a professional and positive attitude
