Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven International Sales Specialist to support and grow our UK sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive environment. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage client relationships, generate new business, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (UK/BPO preferred)
• Strong understanding of the UK market and customer behavior
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strategic and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Drive UK sales through customer acquisition and retention
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Cold calling and lead conversion
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
• Support and guide junior sales team members when required

Preference: UK / International BPO Sales Experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
