About the Role

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers in the US market, understanding their business needs, presenting suitable solutions, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.

This is a night-shift, on-site position aligned with US business hours. The role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong sales instincts, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

International Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the US market through phone calls, emails, SMS, LinkedIn, social media, and other outreach channels.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
  • Understand prospects’ requirements, challenges, and purchasing motivations.
  • Present the company’s products or services in a clear, persuasive, and value-focused manner.
  • Conduct sales discussions, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Consistently maintain a strong sales pipeline and work toward monthly revenue targets.

Client Communication and Relationship Management

  • Communicate with US-based prospects and clients professionally and in a culturally appropriate manner.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective, new, and existing customers.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Lead and CRM Management

  • Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Track calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, responses, and deal progress.
  • Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, authority, and readiness to purchase.
  • Keep customer and prospect information accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively and ensure that no qualified opportunity is missed.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams for proposals, quotations, onboarding, and service delivery.

Sales Performance and Reporting

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and deal progress.
  • Report customer feedback, common objections, lost-sale reasons, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Stay informed about US market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and industry developments.
  • Continuously improve sales scripts, outreach approaches, and objection-handling techniques.

Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the US market and its business communication culture.
  • Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and communicate with international prospects.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, and productivity software.
  • Ability to work on-site during night-shift hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • One to two years of experience in international sales, business development, telesales, customer acquisition, or another client-facing role.
  • Previous experience working with US-based clients.
  • Experience in a BPO, call center, software house, digital agency, or international sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales dialers, lead-generation tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting sales or revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
