Job Description:
Globe Call Centre is now hiring for the position of International Sales Manager (B2B) who will drive company growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue. They focus on lead generation, client relationship management, and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively seeking new clients via cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Market Analysis: Conducting research to identify trends, new opportunities, and gaps in the market.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to boost retention.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Negotiation: Closing deals and managing contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Professional-level English communication skills
- Confident and self-motivated
- Experience: 2-3 years of business development, international sales often within the US market, B2C and B2B services, etc
- Education: A degree in business or marketing
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and project management skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn outreach
- Social Media: Lead generation, cold calling, client hunting.
