International Sales Executive (Freshers Welcome)

We are hiring fresh and motivated individuals to join our night-shift team as International Sales Executives. No prior sales experience is required – if you’re confident, eager to learn, and ready to grow, we’ll train you to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients in the EU, UK, and USA.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and strong listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Resilience and motivation to meet targets.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learning and applying sales techniques during your training.
• Engaging clients and building lasting relationships.
• Understanding client needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Providing excellent customer experience with professionalism.

Training Provided:

• Full sales training and product knowledge training to prepare you for success.

Perks & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary between 35,000 to 55,000 PKR.
• Uncapped commissions on top of salary based on performance.
• Growth opportunities to increase basic salary as you progress.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Weekends off)
