Role Description

We are hiring a Sales Team Manager to lead our high-ticket sales operations for the UK Legal Sector. This role is for a powerhouse closer and leader who will manage "Hot Leads"generated through our UK marketing campaigns.
You will be the primary voice of our UK Law Firm partners, responsible for managing inbound
inquiries (Calls/SMS/Emails) and converting them into clients. This role requires a sophisticated
UK Accent, a deep understanding of the British legal/business landscape, and the ability to
lead a growing sales team.

Responsibilities:

-High-Ticket Closing: Manage and close hot inbound leads (Calls, SMS, and Web forms) with a high conversion rate.
-Team Leadership: Oversee daily sales operations, set targets, and ensure the team maintains elite standards of UK professional etiquette.
-CRM & Lead Management: Manage the sales pipeline and all client communications using GoHighLevel (GHL).
-UK Standard Communication: Maintain a polished, professional UK Accent and tone, ensuring a seamless experience for UK-based prospects.
-Strategic Reporting: Monitor closing ratios, lead response times, and pipeline health to report directly to UK stakeholders.
-Process Optimization: Refine sales scripts and workflows to improve the efficiency of the inbound sales funnel.

Requirements:
Accent & Fluency: Must possess a natural or highly polished UK accent..
Proven UK Experience: Extensive experience working directly with UK-based companies or clients.
Legal Sector Knowledge: Direct experience working with UK Law Firms, Solicitors, or Regulated Professional Services is highly preferred.
