International Sales Manager - Outbound

We are a fast-growing software services company, delivering high-impact technology solutions to clients globally. As we scale our outbound sales efforts, we are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead our team and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation using Upwork, cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound platforms.
  • Revenue Generation: Take ownership of the outbound sales pipeline and generate consistent revenue for the company.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored for software services, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Client Engagement: Pitch to prospects, handle objections, and close deals confidently.
  • Sales Tools & CRM Usage: Utilize sales tools and CRMs effectively to manage leads, track performance, and report on sales metrics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and continuously refine the outbound process to maximize results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of outbound sales experience in a software house or IT services company.
  • Prior experience working as a Sales Manager with proven leadership and revenue generation success.
  • Strong background in software service sales, with hands-on expertise using platforms such as Upwork, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue through outbound sales strategies.
  • Mandatory experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and other modern sales tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, target-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience scaling outbound sales operations.
  • Familiarity with both service-based and product-based software sales.
