This role is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of mobile application projects for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Mobile Application Business Unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth strategy
- Drive revenue generation, profitability, and market expansion for mobile application services
- Oversee end-to-end operations including sales, project delivery, resource planning, and client management
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and sales staff
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to revenue, delivery timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposal development, pricing, and client negotiations
- Manage relationships with international clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Implement and optimize processes, tools, and best practices for mobile application development
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Provide regular performance, revenue, and operational reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and governance frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in mobile application development, software services, or IT consulting
- Strong understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks)
- Proven experience in P&L management, business development, and client engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with international clients (US/Europe preferred)
- Strong project and operational management expertise
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
