International Sales & Relationship Executive (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and driven Female Sales Executive to lead our international business development and client retention efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for penetrating new global markets, managing a portfolio of high-value international clients, and acting as the primary liaison between our company and overseas partners. This role requires a polished professional who can navigate cultural nuances, conduct high-level negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction across borders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in targeted international markets like USA, UK, GCC, Europe, SEA).
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned international accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and retention.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations regarding service delivery or product customization.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in assigned territories.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding local market needs, pricing strategies, and product adaptation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for specific regions.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products to international clients.
  • Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts adhere to local and international laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [2-5] years of experience in international sales, export management, or client servicing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C international environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of English is mandatory. Proficiency in, e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, French is a strong advantage.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of international business etiquette and cultural sensitivities.
  • Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a diplomatic approach.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to [30-50]% of the time.
