We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and driven Female Sales Executive to lead our international business development and client retention efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for penetrating new global markets, managing a portfolio of high-value international clients, and acting as the primary liaison between our company and overseas partners. This role requires a polished professional who can navigate cultural nuances, conduct high-level negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction across borders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in targeted international markets like USA, UK, GCC, Europe, SEA).
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned international accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and retention.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proactively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations regarding service delivery or product customization.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in assigned territories.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding local market needs, pricing strategies, and product adaptation.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for specific regions.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products to international clients.
- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts adhere to local and international laws.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of [2-5] years of experience in international sales, export management, or client servicing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C international environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of English is mandatory. Proficiency in, e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, French is a strong advantage.
