International Sales Representative – Auto Trade (Caribbean Market)

Squad International is looking for an experienced and performance-driven International Sales Representative for its Auto Trade Division, focusing on the Caribbean Market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive exports, with the ability to handle vehicle auctions and trading platforms, and achieve consistent sales performance.

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Timings: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, importers, and buyers in the Caribbean market.
• Manage auctions and online trading platforms to source and sell vehicles efficiently.
• Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals.
• Identify new market opportunities and grow Squad International’s client base.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, documentation, and timely vehicle shipment.
• Stay updated on market prices, trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international auto trading or vehicle exports (Caribbean market experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience handling vehicle auctions and auto trading platforms.
• Understanding of export documentation, logistics, and dealer management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals.
