Hiring: Design Sales Executive-Front/Upsell

Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary Range: PKR 50,000–120,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Design Sales Specialist with a proven track record in selling creative design services (web, graphic, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, SEO, Logo etc.). As our frontline sales champion, you'll convert leads into clients, build lasting relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for design services.
• Convert leads from platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Discord, SMM and other channels into closed deals.
• Understand client needs and propose customized design solutions (websites, branding, etc.).
• Maintain a strong pipeline with timely follow-ups and professional communication.
• Performance & Collaboration:
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and refine approaches based on data.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to align client expectations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of design/creative services sales experience (web, graphic, digital agencies preferred).
• Proven success in front-end sales, lead conversion, and upselling.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal/written communication (English + Urdu).
• Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr, Bark.com, LinkedIn, or freelance marketplaces is a plus.
