International Sales Representative-Cold Caller

Job Title: SEO Cold Caller

Overview

We are seeking experienced and persuasive Cold Callers with a minimum of 2 years of proven cold-calling experience to join our on-site team and promote our SEO services to potential clients.

If you are a results-driven professional with excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to spark interest over the phone, we want to hear from you.

This is a target-driven role with a fixed salary, plus attractive performance bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists
• Effectively pitch our SEO services and highlight their business benefits
• Handle objections confidently, answer basic SEO-related questions, and build trust
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with sales closers
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with lead status
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling (SEO or digital marketing experience preferred)
• No freshers will be considered for this role
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
• Basic understanding of SEO (training will be provided)
• Ability to work full-time on-site in a structured, target-focused environment
• Punctual, disciplined, and results-driven
