International Sales Specialist

Role Overview:
You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to educate, engage, and guide students through enrollment into our training programs. This includes proactive outreach to prospective students, handling inquiries, and supporting applicants through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, texts, emails, chat) from prospective students
• Qualify leads and provide information on course offerings, pricing, and career paths
• Re-engage with students who previously inquired but did not enroll
• Guide students through the enrollment process and close enrollments
• Proactively reach out to potential students through calls and emails

Support & Relationship Management:

• Provide ongoing support to prospective and current students with program-related questions
• Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate departments
• Ensure excellent customer experience and represent the brand professionally
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional programs (up-selling)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in International Sales (B2C and/or B2B)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools, phone systems, and email automation
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Background in online education is a plus
