Position: International Sales Specialist – Dental Tourism
Location: Şişli, Istanbul

Role Overview

We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to expand our global reach and support patients in accessing first-class dental treatments. In this role, you will be the bridge between patients and our clinic, guiding them from their first inquiry to the completion of their treatment journey, while achieving sales objectives and ensuring a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Represent DentSpa’s dental services in international markets through effective sales and marketing approaches.
  • Build trust with patients, follow up on leads, and convert them into confirmed treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage workflows via our CRM system.
  • Handle patient inquiries promptly via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to align treatment plans, schedule appointments, and guarantee smooth patient care.

Desired Qualifications

  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related area.
  • Previous experience in international sales (background in health tourism, dentistry, or medical services is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiation and closing expertise, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, or German are a strong advantage).
