The Role
We are seeking an International Sales Specialist to strengthen our global presence and help patients access world-class dental care. This role involves guiding international patients through their treatment journey, building trust, and achieving sales targets while ensuring every patient receives outstanding service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Promote DentSpa’s dental treatments to international markets using tailored sales strategies.
• Manage and update patient information within our CRM system.
• Convert leads into successful treatments through effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Respond quickly to patient inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms.
• Work closely with our clinical staff to align treatment plans, schedule visits, and deliver a smooth patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience in international sales (health tourism or dental/medical sector experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build sales pipelines and achieve targets.
• Skilled in negotiation, closing, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven, while also being a team player.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Russian, Spanish, Italian, French or German is an advantage.
