International Sales Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

While this role is advertised under a sales-focused title to attract candidates with strong business development and negotiation expertise, the official internal job designation will be Sourcing Specialist, reflecting the core responsibility of acquiring and securing product supply from international brands and distributors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain engagement and build relationship with brands, distributors and suppliers in the US and Europe
• Identify international brands, distributors and suppliers and develop business with them
• Negotiate prices with potential suppliers based on company’s profitability targets

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must possess strong proficiency in sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
• Must have strong negotiation and relationship building skills

EXPERIENCE:

• 4-5 years of experience of International sales
• OR
• 4-5 years of experience in outbound calling with international customers/clients, preferably in the US, UK, or similar markets.

EDUCATION:

4-year business degree or equivalent (BBA – Marketing Preferred)

SALARY:

• Market competitive salary, and
• monthly performance bonus

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time. Mon-Fri | 12:00 noon - 9:00 pm with alternate working Saturdays
• This is strictly a work-from-site job with no remote work opportunity
• Candidates should be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis
• Only residents of Karachi will be considered for the interview
