International Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for roles ranging from entry-level to executive positions across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end global recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop global recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate and requisition data.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring practices.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Represent the company at global recruitment events, virtual career fairs, and employer branding initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
