International Tax Senior Manager

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to recruit an International Tax Senior Manager for their office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Role

1. Give tax advice to a range of national and multinational clients working across the Middle East.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of complex tax concepts to present clients with solutions to their issues.
3. Manage the work of the client service team helping to meet and exceed your targets.
4. Be aware of market developments to initiate new products and services for clients.
5. Assist in business development opportunities in addition to building existing client relationships.
6. Help build and develop the international tax team both in Abu Dhabi and across the Middle East in general.

The Candidate

1. Bachelors' Degree in Accounting / Finance or Law. MBA, Masters of Tax or LLM in Tax would be an additional plus.
2. Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, LLM or equivalent would be advantageous.
3. Minimum of 6 Years' Experience in a Professional Services environment.
4. Experience within a mature market required.
5. Suitable for a recent Senior Manager or an Experienced Manager with demonstrable senior management potential.
6. Strong team leadership, organisational, analytical and verbal communication skills.
