International Trade Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Trade Coordinator to manage cross-border trade operations, ensure compliance with international regulations, and support logistics and documentation processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of global trade practices, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and review trade documentation, including invoices, shipping records, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to resolve issues.
• Monitor international trade regulations and ensure compliance with Qatar’s trade policies.
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients and management.
• Support negotiations with vendors and partners to optimize trade efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of trade transactions and prepare reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in international trade coordination or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import-export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trade management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and Spanish proficiency are an advantage.
