International Trade Specialist

We are looking for a passionate “International Trade Specialist” to join the International Trade Directorate at Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş.

The position is located in Kocaeli, Türkiye.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience in export operations and official processes
• Strong planning and reporting skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ambitious to learn about foreign trade legislation, export operations and official processes
• Compatible with flexible working hours
• Able to work both in the office and on the field
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel without restrictions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following the export processes such as E-Delivery Note, E-invoice, Proforma, Shipping Documents, Customs Tracking, Loading Tracking and Declaration Tracking
• Carrying out export transactions in line with the legislation
• Ensuring the flow of information between port, shipping and logistics units
• Following pre-sales and after-sales operations
• Making market analysis for foreign markets and following financial indicators
• Establishing and developing foreign trade subsidiaries
• Reporting periodically on current activities, plans and strategies
• Providing prompt and effective solutions to customer requests
