📍 Location: Gurgaon (Sector-32 Office) 📅 Experience: 1 to 4 Years 💰 Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Commensurate with experience and including incentives)

What You Will Do:

• Manage and service complex domestic and international travel itineraries for customers (primarily via voice/call).
• Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and travel packages accurately using global distribution systems (GDS) and other reservation tools.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, fares, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Process amendments, cancellations, and re-issues efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed defined targets for customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure complete compliance with client and company travel policies and procedures.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a world-class travel experience.

What You Will Bring:

• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a Travel Consultant, Travel Sales, or Travel Associate role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airline fares, and basic travel terminology.
• Familiarity with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a significant advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Work Details:

• Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off (You must be flexible).
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts/late evening shifts).
