GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

As a Travel Consultant You will be responsible for Customizing Travel Packages of the clients according to their needs.

Giving them services regarding their Travel Plans, Visa etc.

Travel consultants should know various travel destinations, local customs or events, currency and all recent travel regulations updates to curate a customized travel package based on the client’s budget and preferences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role):

· Learning about clients, destinations, systems and tools and being proficient in processing and customizing.

· Contributing to the team as a whole (team Player)

· Achieving Sales Targets so as to contribute towards the growth of the Company.

· Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation.

· Guiding travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials

· Create and update electronic records of clients

· Maintain relationships with key persons

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (List 4-8 skills required to get the job done):

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach

· Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

· Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

· Collaboration and Teamwork

· MS office and Excel Knowledge
