International Trip Support Specialist Manager
to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong aviation background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering seamless support to international operators.
✈️ Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of international trip support services, including permits, flight planning, ground handling, and logistics.

Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authorities, airport authorities, and local service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team of trip support specialists to deliver world-class service.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and international aviation regulations.

Develop new business opportunities, bring in clients, and open new markets (mandatory requirements).

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their operations run smoothly worldwide.
✅ Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in international trip support or flight operations management.

Proven track record of
client acquisition and business development
in aviation.

In-depth knowledge of global aviation regulations, permits, and overflight/landing procedures.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
