American Flight Support is expanding our global operations, and we are seeking an experienced International Trip Support Specialist Manager to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong aviation background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering seamless support to international operators.

✈️ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of international trip support services, including permits, flight planning, ground handling, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authorities, airport authorities, and local service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trip support specialists to deliver world-class service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and international aviation regulations.
  • Develop new business opportunities, bring in clients, and open new markets (mandatory requirements).
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their operations run smoothly worldwide.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in international trip support or flight operations management.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and business development in aviation.
  • In-depth knowledge of global aviation regulations, permits, and overflight/landing procedures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
