International Visa Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with tourist, business, student, and family visa applications for Schengen and other international destinations.
• Guide applicants on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
• Prepare and review application forms and supporting documents before submission.
• Manage VFS appointments, embassy submissions, and biometric scheduling.
• Stay updated with the latest embassy and consulate regulations for each country.
• Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
• Handle email and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports.
• Coordinate with travel agents for flight bookings, hotel reservations, insurance, and related documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection throughout the visa process.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be under a Husband Visa (sponsorship within the UAE).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in handling international visa applications (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, etc.).
• Familiarity with VFS Global and other embassy platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and document-handling accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and online visa systems.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
