Job Opportunity: International Sales Manager (Female)

Are you a results-driven and strategically-minded sales leader with a passion for global markets? We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager, specifically encouraging female candidates to apply, to spearhead our export sales efforts and drive significant growth in diverse international territories. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and increase market share across various regions.
  • Market Expansion & Development: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and pinpoint new target markets for export.
  • Client & Distributor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Oversee and participate in the negotiation and closing of significant international sales deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with local regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with internal departments, including marketing, product development, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand, products, and services, and generate new leads.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective international sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Team Management Skills: Strong leadership qualities with experience in building, motivating, and managing diverse sales teams.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to negotiate complex deals.
  • Global Market Understanding: Deep knowledge of international trade practices, export regulations, customs procedures, and cultural nuances across different regions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages relevant to our key export markets (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin, German) is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.(Not Compulsory)
