Internee Manager – E-Commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Internee Manager – E-Commerce to support and learn the end-to-end operations of our online business. This role offers hands-on exposure to online store management, digital marketing, order fulfillment, customer experience, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the online store across multiple platforms (Website, Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SEO keywords

Experience & Support:

• Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and marketplace dashboards in a professional manner
• Coordinate with customer support team to resolve complaints and improve service quality
• Monitor customer feedback and ratings to enhance store performance

Digital Marketing & Sales Support:

• Support execution of online promotions, flash sales, and discount campaigns
• Assist in managing social media and paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Marketplace Ads)
• Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and product positioning

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, order volume, revenue, and return rate
• Support data entry and dashboard updates in Excel / Google Sheets

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, IT, or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Daraz Seller Center) will be an advantage
• Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
