We are offering an internship opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in sales and client management.

Role Overview

The Sales Intern will assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, client engagement, and sales operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in developing practical skills in sales, customer relationship management, and retail operations within the furniture industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Support

  • Assist sales executives in greeting and interacting with clients.
  • Help in understanding customer needs and providing product information.
  • Support follow-ups with leads and prospective clients.
  • Participate in showroom activities, events, and promotions.

Sales Assistance

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Support the sales team in tracking leads, orders, and sales performance.
  • Learn to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing weekly or monthly sales reports.
  • Help in organizing sales materials, product catalogs, and displays.

Learning & Development

  • Gain exposure to retail sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Learn about furniture products, layouts, and design concepts.
  • Develop practical communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in sales, retail, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
