Position Overview

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of total rewards, working with a dynamic team to support the design, implementation, and communication of our programs

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour

Key Accountabilities

  • Enhance Communication of Total Rewards and Well-being Programs
    • Assist in developing and delivering clear, concise, and engaging communications related to compensation and benefits programs to both HR professionals and employees. This may include creating presentations, updating intranet content, drafting email announcements, and developing other communication materials. Conduct research on best practices in total rewards communication.
  • Support Well-being Initiatives
    • Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of employee well-being programs.
  • Maintain Data Integrity
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of compensation and benefits data through regular audits, data entry validation, and process improvements.
  • Conduct Market Research
    • Gather and analyze market data on compensation and benefits trends to support the development of competitive programs. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market research findings.
  • Generate Reports
    • Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation and benefits data to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and gathering market research
