Internship HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR operations. It is a great opportunity for individuals who wish to build a strong foundation in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, attendance, etc.).
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Draft and send HR-related communication (emails, notices, etc.).
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks.
• Research and contribute ideas for improving HR policies and practices.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA- Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
