Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Draft and update HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and notices.
- Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports.
- Handle basic HR communication and follow-up emails.
- Support payroll and compliance team as required.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources ( BBA / MBA ).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn HR processes.
