Internship HR Intern

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Draft and update HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and notices.
  • Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports.
  • Handle basic HR communication and follow-up emails.
  • Support payroll and compliance team as required.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources ( BBA / MBA ).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn HR processes.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
