About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. You will work closely with HR executives and learn the practical side of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and communication with applicants.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR executives in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll support.
  • Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Work on day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, HR policies)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail

Educational Qualification

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, BBA, MBA, or related fields.
