Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update HR databases and trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in HR policies, employee records, and compliance tasks
• Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / MBA (HR) / Pursuing MBA or relevant degree
• Basic understanding of HR & Recruitment concepts
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
