Internship - Project Management

We're looking for a Project Management Intern who gets it - someone organised, proactive, and excited about turning big creative ideas into real, well-executed experiences. This internship gives you hands on exposure to how large scale festivals, brand activations, and live events are planned, coordinated, and delivered from concept through to show day.

You'll work alongside our project teams, learning how moving parts, timelines, stakeholders, and creative delivery all come together to create seamless event experiences.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Support project teams with planning, coordination, and day to day project tracking
• Help manage timelines, trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation
• Assist with stakeholder and vendor coordination
• Support budgeting, reporting, and general project administration
• Join internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand project delivery end to end
• Be on the ground during events, supporting operational delivery and execution
• Help gather post event feedback and reporting insights

• Interested in events, operations, or project delivery
• Strong at multitasking and keeping track of details
• A clear communicator who is confident working with different teams
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, trackers, and planning tools
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in events, project management, business, or related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Available during event periods and flexible working hours when required
• Based in the UAE or able to relocate for the internship
• Have previous internship, volunteering, or university project experience in events or project coordination
• Are familiar with project management tools or methodologies
