What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Internship Program Manager will design and build a strategic enterprise-wide internship program that creates a strong future candidate pool, and builds on Telecare’s reputation as a choice employer. This role will be responsible for developing strong university partnerships, ensuring appropriate certifications to establish Telecare as a leading student partner, and building Telecare’s reputation in the behavioral health industry to attract more individuals to the field. The objective of this role is to build a diverse talent pipeline, to enhance intern conversion to regular Telecare employees, and to create a world-class internship experience aligned with organizational goals.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday
Expected starting wage range is $83,685.70 - $103,382.28. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
