As part of our growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accountant to manage and optimize our inventory accounting processes.

Role Overview

The Inventory Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with supply chain and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile inventory transactions, including purchases, transfers, and adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to track materials and supplies.
• Prepare inventory-related financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Assist with audits and provide inventory documentation.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory accounting or cost accounting, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR21,000.00 per month
