Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2 Year + Storekeeper to manage and maintain inventory for our wholesale hotel supplies company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards. Valid driving licence is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantity and quality of goods received
• Accurately record goods into the inventory management system
• Label, tag, and store items in designated areas for easy retrieval
• Prepare and fulfill outgoing orders according to delivery schedules
• Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement manger of low inventory or discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling of fragile, perishable, or specialty hotel supplies
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic inventory audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
• Comply with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2 years + Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role
• Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse operations ( ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and recordkeeping abilities
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driving license is required
• Own car is an advantage

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in wholesale distribution or the hotel supply industry
• Understanding of hospitality industry product types (linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
