We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist and Inventory coordinator to join our team.
Data entry responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets, including invoices, reports, and shipment information.
- Correct errors and ensure data is accurate and organized for quick retrieval.
- Transfer physical records to digital systems.
- Retrieve and update data as requested, and generate periodic reports.
Inventory coordination responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving goods and preparing them for shipment.
- Track inventory levels, place orders, and maintain digital records in Odoo.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile them with digital records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in inventory data.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline product flow and manage storage space.
Required skills
- Data management: High typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with data entry software and spreadsheet programs (like Microsoft Excel).
- Inventory management: Understanding of supply chain processes, and knowledge of barcode scanning or RFID technology.
- Administrative: Organization, time management, and the ability to handle and file documents accurately.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments like finance and external vendors.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and address issues, such as supply chain problems or inventory discrepancies.
- Basic qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required, along with general computer literacy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
