We're looking for an experienced Inventory & Replenishment Manager to lead a critical part of our supply chain operations. This role is perfect for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As the Inventory & Replenishment Manager, you’ll lead a team overseeing purchasing, inventory accuracy, and vendor relationships. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure materials are in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost, without sacrificing quality or service. You’ll bring process, data, and leadership to a function that’s critical to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a purchasing/inventory team
  • Oversee inventory management, replenishment planning, and purchasing strategy
  • Partner with vendors to ensure optimal pricing, delivery, and relationship health
  • Use Excel and internal systems to drive accurate planning and forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Production
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, replenishment, or planning roles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Comfortable working onsite at our Central Islip (CI) location
  • Based in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be working closely with the leadership team
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships
  • A “get it done” mindset, willing to build, fix, and improve
