Inventory Assistant

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing logistics and import-export firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in end-to-end supply chain coordination for regional retailers and B2B clients. Our team ensures seamless movement of goods from global suppliers to local distribution hubs — with precision, speed, and real-time inventory accuracy. Based in the UAE, we’re scaling our warehouse operations and seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support our growing logistics backbone.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily physical inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with digital warehouse management systems.
• Receive, label, and organize incoming shipments while verifying purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy.
• Assist in cycle counting, stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Update inventory records in real time using WMS or ERP tools, ensuring 100% traceability from receipt to dispatch.
• Support outbound logistics by preparing pick tickets, packing orders, and coordinating with dispatch teams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse zones in alignment with UAE operational standards.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Inventory Counting & Reconciliation
• Pick & Pack Operations
• MS Excel (Data Entry, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Barcoding & Scanning Tools
• UAE Warehouse Compliance Standards
• Basic English Communication

• Experience in import/export logistics or retail distribution
• Familiarity with Arabic for document verification (optional)
