Inventory Auditor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1-The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

2-Conduct stock-taking and cash counting at retail outlets as per audit plan.

3-Verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) at outlets.

4-Check manual records, bank cash deposits, customer exchanges, returns, and claims.

5-Review and validate outlet-level expenses.

6-Perform random spot checks on inventory.

7-Investigate inventory shortages and overages at outlets.

8-Prepare stock variation reports.

9-Calculate article-wise discounts on inventory.

10-Maintain comprehensive audit reports for each outlet.

11-Investigate discrepancies related to damaged or defective stock.

12-Review pending delivery challans at outlet level.

13-Identify and report negative inventory balances for timely resolution.

14-Investigate and report any malpractice or irregularities discovered during audits.

15-Coordinate with Accounts and Operations departments as needed.

16-Support the internal audit team in achieving departmental goals.

17-Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD Internal Audit.1

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
