Inventory Clerk-Bilingual Spanish

Position Summary: The Inventory Clerk plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations for cabinet manufacturing by accurately maintaining inventory levels, performing cycle counts, assisting with shipping logistics, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the finance team for inventory reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in warehouse management, and confident using forklifts and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycles count to ensure inventory accuracy of raw materials, hardware, and finished cabinets.
  • Receive, label, and organize incoming inventory to proper storage locations and verify materials against packing slips.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and stage inventory (certification or recent experience required).
  • Track and document material movement in the inventory management system.
  • Support the shipping team with order staging, packaging, and logistics coordination as needed.
  • Work with the finance team to reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and assist in monthly/quarterly audits.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate low inventory or overstock issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure warehouses are clean, organized, and operating according to safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across departments, including production, purchasing, and finance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certified forklift operator or recent hands-on forklift experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse inventory, shipping, or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Cycle count and inventory reconciliation experience required.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred for effective communication in a diverse team.
  • Comfortable working with finance or accounting teams on inventory tracking, reporting, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, scanning tools).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
