Inventory Control Manager

About the Role

Lewis Controls Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in our day-to-day operations, responsible for purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and bill of materials processing in Sage.

Responsibilities

• Purchase inventory items for stock and jobs, including coordinating outside labor for water jetting, cables, and assemblies
• Receive incoming goods and place items in proper stock locations
• Create and process Bills of Materials at the sub-assembly level in Sage
• Purchase special job-related items and process roll-up Bills of Materials in Sage for final customer and internal invoicing
• Create and maintain part numbers, stock locations, perform spot checks, and handle general inventory upkeep
• Lead Physical Inventory process including counting, data entry, variance analysis, and final valuation reporting

Qualifications

• Sage experience required
• Prior inventory control or purchasing experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to train
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
