Hiring: Store Manager (Stores & Inventory Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee storekeeping operations, inventory control, material handling, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing stores in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, hospital, or institutional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with procurement
• Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, material requests, issue slips, and stock registers
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
• Implement and maintain proper storage systems to prevent damage, loss, or expiry
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper material handling procedures
• Supervise store staff and allocate daily operational tasks
• Coordinate with accounts and audit teams for inventory verification
• Prepare regular inventory and consumption reports for management

Qualifications

• Proven 5 years of experience as a Store Manager / Store Incharge / Inventory Manager
• Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or higher) required
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
• Good understanding of stock control procedures and documentation
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
