Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control inventory levels for construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
  • Coordinate with Storekeepers and site teams regarding material issuance and receipts.
  • Analyze stock movement to prevent shortages, overstocking, and material wastage.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management (stock status, slow-moving items, shortages).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Support procurement planning by providing accurate stock data.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and site operations.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
