Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control inventory levels for construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
- Coordinate with Storekeepers and site teams regarding material issuance and receipts.
- Analyze stock movement to prevent shortages, overstocking, and material wastage.
- Prepare inventory reports for management (stock status, slow-moving items, shortages).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Support procurement planning by providing accurate stock data.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and site operations.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
