Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and proper documentation.
- Analyze and forecast supply and demand to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Track incoming and outgoing orders to avoid overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Prepare purchase reports, pricing analysis, supply chain reports, and inventory system updates.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory data.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory control and stock monitoring.
- Strong personality with the ability to adapt to changing work demands.
- Willingness to work extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts) when required, especially during weekly and monthly inventory counts.
- Flexible schedule and availability for extended duty or on-call assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in cycle counting procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management software systems.
- Available for immediate joining.
- Prior experience in the food industry (e.g., retail sector) is preferred.
