Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and proper documentation.
Analyze and forecast supply and demand to maintain optimal stock availability.
Track incoming and outgoing orders to avoid overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
Prepare purchase reports, pricing analysis, supply chain reports, and inventory system updates.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory control and stock monitoring.
Strong personality with the ability to adapt to changing work demands.
Willingness to work extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts) when required, especially during weekly and monthly inventory counts.
Flexible schedule and availability for extended duty or on-call assignments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in cycle counting procedures.
Familiarity with inventory management software systems.
Available for immediate joining.
Prior experience in the food industry (e.g., retail sector) is preferred.
