Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and proper documentation.
  • Analyze and forecast supply and demand to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Track incoming and outgoing orders to avoid overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
  • Prepare purchase reports, pricing analysis, supply chain reports, and inventory system updates.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory control and stock monitoring.
  • Strong personality with the ability to adapt to changing work demands.
  • Willingness to work extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts) when required, especially during weekly and monthly inventory counts.
  • Flexible schedule and availability for extended duty or on-call assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in cycle counting procedures.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software systems.
  • Available for immediate joining.
  • Prior experience in the food industry (e.g., retail sector) is preferred.
